What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop, design, and test BI Reports and Dashboards based on user requirements.

• Work with the customer to gather specifications for data and report requirements.

• Effectively translate end-user reporting requirements into functional design documents

• Provide best practices and standards around analytics solution design, development, and delivery

• Improve existing dashboard design to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all data analytics applications

• Design and map data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights.

• Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports.

• Make essential technical and strategic changes to improvise present business intelligence systems

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of relative experience in creating reports and dashboards in the Power BI tool and DOMO
• Readiness to identify and solve problems without assistance and with little direction. Proven ability to independently identify and resolve issues with little to no supervision
• Readiness to lead and mentor a group of 2-3 people with more junior experience on medium complexity engagements.
• Taking ownership of the delegated objective and solving issues, without supervision to ensure quality. Demonstrates accountability for assigned objectives and proactively resolves issues
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and executives.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to group discussions and aligning efforts toward common goals.
• Self-driven with the initiative to take ownership of tasks and pursue solutions independently.
• Ability to understand team members' and stakeholders' needs and perspectives, fostering positive relationships.
• Skilled in resolving conflicts and addressing concerns diplomatically to maintain team harmony and project momentum.

• English language proficiency is a must, both verbal and written

• Nice to have: Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, & Power Automate), experience in working with other BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, OBIEE)
