Tasks:
- Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and high-quality frontend code
- Build applications using React and Next.js.
- Ensure optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs and implement effective solutions.
- Contribute to maintaining overall code quality.
- Actively participate in agile team scrums, providing updates on task status, roadblocks, and timelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts (BAs), quality assurance (QA), developers, and offshore teams to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain mobile, web, and desktop applications based on stakeholder requirements.
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with the team during workshops.
Requirements:
- Strong background in software development
- Expertise with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of React/Next.js, including concepts like React Router, hooks, Redux (or similar), web performance, and security.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining modern, distributed microservices.
- Familiar with cloud environments (preferably Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience with building, testing, and troubleshooting high-volume web services using REST APIs and JSON.
- Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms and how to implement them in JavaScript.
- Expertise in writing semantic HTML.
- Proficiency in CSS, including frameworks like Tailwind, Styled Components, CSS Modules, and SASS.
- Skilled with browser debugging tools for efficient troubleshooting.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive web design.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Unit Testing, React Testing Library, and E2E testing.
- Deep understanding of the web application development lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
