Fullstack Developer (React & Python)

Design and implement the back-end architecture for web applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
Develop and maintain APIs to enable seamless communication between the front-end and back-end systems.
Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases to store and retrieve data, optimizing database schemas for performance and scalability.
Integrate third-party APIs and web services to extend the functionality of the application.
Adhere to security best practices to safeguard the application from common web vulnerabilities and conduct regular security audits.
Optimize server-side code for maximum performance, ensuring high-speed and scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, implementing solutions to enhance overall system efficiency.
Collaborate with QA engineers to test server-side components, identify bugs, and ensure high-quality application performance.

Extensive experience in full stack or combined frontend/backend development roles.
Strong ownership of tasks and a proactive approach to solving problems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and React/Next.js.
Good knowledge of Redux (or similar tools), React hooks, performance improvements, and basic security best practices
Experience in building responsive UIs using CSS (Tailwind, SASS, Styled Components)
Solid understanding of semantic HTML and accessibility standards.
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Familiarity with frontend testing tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, end-to-end frameworks)
Proficient in Python and experienced with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Experience deploying and managing backend services in cloud environments, preferrably Azure (GCP is a plus).
Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and database performance tuning.
Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Argo.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
