We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVR Data Replication Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing HVR's real-time cloud data replication solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their data integration needs, design and implement robust replication architectures, and ensure seamless data flow across complex environments.

 
Tasks:
  • Conduct client workshops and assessments to understand data replication requirements and business objectives.
  • Analyze existing data infrastructure and identify opportunities for HVR implementation.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Install, configure, and maintain HVR software in on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Design and implement real-time data replication solutions, including change data capture (CDC) and data transformation.
  • Optimize HVR performance for large data volumes and complex replication scenarios.
  • Facilitate data migration and integration projects using HVR.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data replication issues.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across target systems.
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and workshops on HVR best practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HVR features and capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of HVR best practices and methodologies.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience with HVR data replication software.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, cloud databases).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing and data lake concepts.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
