Tasks:

Establish and oversee global data governance policies and ensure alignment and consistency

Establish and lead an enterprise-wide Data Governance Organization comprised of
functional leaders, data owners, and data stewards from across the business to support the delivery of enterprise data assets to ensure timeliness, quality, and
fitness for business purposes
-
Manage the Data Integration Hubs around data modeling, data mappings, data validation, hierarchy management, and overall security
-
Use MDM suite of tools to design, develop, optimize, and support MDM for various
domains
-
Ensure that operational support needs and downstream implications are addressed when developing solutions
-
Ensure that Master Data Management key performance indicators (KPIs) are
attained
-
Lead the maintenance of SAP Master Data (covering FI, CO, MM, SD and PS)
based on the request submitted from the key users from across the organization
-
Work closely with functional and technical teams in developing and enforcing
-
Conceptualize, develop, and communicate global master data strategy in alignment with business strategy serving as an MDM thought leader
Requirements:
-
5+ years of experience in implementing Analytical or
Operational MDM using packaged or built-to-order solutions
-
Data engineering experience working on Azure or GCP
-
Experience as a solution architect and/or data architect
-
Highly proficient in SQL and Data Modeling
-
Familiar with modern data management systems and architecture
-
Implementation experience of reference data management systems
-
Should have the ability to design both batch and real-time data integration
-
Handson and certified with one or more of the tools: Informatica, Reltio, Ataccama, Semarchy, CluedIn, Talend (tools not in order of preference)

Should be able to work as an individual contributor, in a team, or lead a team of engineers doing presales, consulting assessments, or implementations.

Good communication skills and proficiency in English is essential

Should be able to work in US and EU time zones
