Tasks
  • Lead service transition initiatives based on ITIL best practices.
  • Act as a Process Owner / Project Manager, collaborating with internal teams and client-side vendors.
  • Consolidate feedback, set clear expectations with stakeholders, and ensure consistent communication.
  • Manage and document operational processes.
  • Track project timelines and ensure closure of tasks and pending items.
  • Drive efficient stakeholder management and maintain alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Provide support in organizing and documenting operational and technical processes for the delivery team.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Service Transition Management
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Time management, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
  • Proactive and results-driven individual with a strong willingness to learn and grow, possessing excellent coordination and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or SAP is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to organize documentation, chase down tasks, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills.
