What You'll Be Doing:

Provide day-to-day L1/L2 support for Problem, Change and Incident Management tasks for the service in compliance with defined processes.

Identify, handle, analyze, and resolve issues and requests raised by stakeholders
and clients.

Perform systems configurations, troubleshooting systems errors, monitoring, automation, and testing systems performance.

Participate in internal knowledge sharing, collaboration activities, and service improvement initiatives.

Check the correctness of data downloading.

Participate in the development or deployment of new features or enhancements to production.
What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of SQL, Databricks, and Data Factory

Good to have: Power BI and Python
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders

Able to work independently or with minimal supervision

Willing to work mid-shift schedule, and on PH holidays, or weekends as needed.

ITIL foundation is an advantage
