Responsibilities:

Working towards constant development of the employer branding area in close cooperation with the Global EB Team.

Co-creating Lingaro EB strategy.
-
Organizing company participation in conferences, job fairs, and meet-ups both offline and online.
-
Planning and creating content for company social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and the career website.
-
Supporting Talent Acquisition team in promoting open roles. Organizing recruitment marketing campaigns.
-
Ongoing cooperation with the business representatives from various Lingaro sites and teams.

Reporting and presenting the effects of actions taken. Providing recommendations for future EB projects and the global EB strategy.
Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in the Employer Branding / Recruitment Marketing area.

Previous experience in organizing internal & external events.

Presentation and communication skills. Excellent English (written and spoken) is a must.

Social media management and content creation skills.
-
Creativity, ability to propose new solutions, and a can-do attitude.
-
Strong sense of ownership and ability to cooperate with global teams.

Attention to detail and great organizational skills.
