We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data and Analytics Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise data architectures. The successful candidate will demonstrate a balance of technical depth and business acumen, with the ability to architect solutions that meet current needs while planning for future growth. They will excel at building relationships across the organization and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to translate business requirements into scalable, efficient data solutions.

 

 
Tasks:

 

  • Design and develop data architecture frameworks, models, and blueprints.

  • Work as trusted consultant for our clients.

  • Take part of building proposals of the solutions.

  • Lead the evaluation and selection of data technologies and platforms.

  • Establish data governance standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business objectives.

  • Mentor data engineers and analysts on architectural best practices.

  • Optimize data pipelines and storage solutions for performance and cost-efficiency.

  • Stay current with emerging data technologies and methodologies.


Requirements:   



  • 5+ years of experience in the data and analytics space.

  • Expert-level certification in one or more relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Google Professional Data Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer, Databricks Certified Data Engineer).

  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics platforms.

  • Strong understanding of data modeling techniques (dimensional, relational, NoSQL).

  • Proficiency in data integration patterns and ETL/ELT processes.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.

  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with machine learning operations (MLOps) and AI integration.

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

  • Experience with real-time streaming data architectures.

  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, Java).

  • Previous experience in a CPG industry.
