Tasks:
  • Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code (mainly backend solutions).

  • Build Node.js/TS based applications.

  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.

  • Help maintain code quality.

  • Participate in the agile team scrums and effectively communicate to the team the status, roadblocks, and timelines for the task at hand.

  • Collaborate with BA, QA, developers and offshore developers to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain mobile web and desktop-based applications requested. by the stakeholders.

  • Share knowledge with the team during workshops.

 

Requirements: 
  • At least 5 years of expierience in a similar position.

  • Former experience in developing middleware and microservices.

  • Solid experience with NodeJS.

  • Strong experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.

  • Development in Cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform preferred).

  • Building, testing, and troubleshooting high volume web services using API Protocols and Data Formats (REST & JSON).

  • Experience with Nest.js, Terraform or CI/CD is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Great ownership of assigned tasks.

  • Self-driven and proactive approach.
