This role is for you if you enjoy communicating ideas to a wide audience and co-creating communications campaigns that translate business objectives into action. The successful candidate will have strong English writing skills and a flair for clear communication.
Tasks:

Collaborate closely with colleagues from across the company to plan internal communication campaigns (various channels, formats, events), prepare and deliver compelling content.

Maintain an up-to-date internal communication calendar.

Coordinate, prepare, and produce internal online events.
-
Compose mailings, Intranet content, manage and create our Intranet sites.
-
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication and propose improvements.

Contribute to external communication – PR activities, media relations, content preparation, and event organization.

Stay ahead of the curve by actively researching new solutions and tools to support communication efforts.

Use AI in daily activities for efficient content creation.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
-
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role – communications/PR-related projects/copywriting/social media content creation (preferably in corporate environments).

Experience with remote collaboration tools and familiarity with Teams Live Events and SharePoint.

Fluency in English, including excellent writing skills.

Effective communication skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and active listening.

Willingness to balance collaboration and teamwork with personal accountability for assigned tasks.

Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and organized manner.

A proactive attitude and positive approach to challenges.
