We are looking for a proactive and well‑organized Receptionist to manage day‑to‑day front desk operations and support smooth functioning of the office. This role is ideal for someone with a can‑do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering great service.
Tasks:

Running front desk operations, including couriers, correspondence, and incoming phone calls.

Greeting guests and supporting visitor registration.

Managing office inventory: groceries, office supplies etc.

Coordinating work with office vendors (cleaning services, technical suport, maintenance)

Assisting in the organization of meetings, preparing rooms, materials, and refreshments.

Supporting team calendars

Handling communication with office users regarding their requests and ongoing issues.

Providing general administrative support to the other departments (documents, files, ad-hoc tasks).

Very good organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work on-site, Monday–Friday.

English – communicative level required.

Experience in front desk / office administration – nice to have, but not required.
