We’re looking for a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join our team! This role includes both operational responsibilities and project-based work, depending on current business needs.
Tasks:
Project Work

Lead and deliver learning projects from start to finish such as: Soft skills training global offer, Upskilling & Re-skilling coordination for technical roles.

Work closely with clients and stakeholders.

Plan and coordinate project activities according to budget.

Connect the dots across different topics and teams.
Operational & Admin Tasks

Manage our Learning Management System (LMS).

Handle service payments and vendor coordination.

Training planning & organizing, feedback gathering.

Prepare reports and maintain KPIs.
What We're Looking For:

Someone who is independent, takes full ownership, and delivers results with accountability.

Experience in both L&D operations and project delivery

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to see the bigger picture and manage details

Fluent English (spoken and written).

Proactive, responsible, and well-organized.

Experience working as an L&D employee in an IT environment—delivering training and project solutions.

Interest in AI and first hands-on experience using AI tools in learning or project work is a strong plus.
