You will support and coordinate end-to-end events (offline & online) and the digital activation around them, from concept and logistics to live social, external media, lead handover to sales, and post-campaign analysis.

You will also be responsible for monitoring website performance, analyzing website traffic and traffic sources, tracking user engagement, and identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, lead generation, and conversion outcomes.

Your mission: help turn flagship moments (conferences, executive roundtables, webinars, podcasts) into pipeline, executive relationships, and measurable marketing impact.

You will be responsible for tracking campaigns and event performance, verifying KPIs, preparing clear reports, and turning data into actionable recommendations for future activities.

 

· Work model: remote first in Poland; we prefer candidates based in Warsaw or nearby for easier onsite syncs and event preparation

· Travel: up to ~10% for global events (EU)

· Reports to: Head of Marketing

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Coordinate events end to end: concept → budget → vendor & logistics coordination → on-site delivery → post-event wrap-up, ensuring clear timelines, ownership, and project follow-through.

  • Drive lead capture & handoff to CRM: scanners/forms, data hygiene, routing; coordinate Sales follow-ups (meetings, demos) against agreed SLAs and support KPI verification after each activity.

  • Activate digitally around events: plan and publish pre/during/post-event social content with pre-approved templates; coordinate assets with Copy & Design; support light paid boosts with the performance owner and monitor basic performance indicators.

  • Create engaging event-related copy with support from in-house copywriters; ensure messaging is concise, benefit-led, and on brand.

  • Brief designers on assets for events and campaigns: booth visuals, on-site screens, print and digital ads, giveaways, videos

  • Own research and logistics: venue and supplier research, ordering materials, shipping and deliveries, timelines, risk lists and checklists.

  • Coordinate external vendors and partners end to end: venues, production, tech, printing/branding, giveaways, on-site staff.

  • Coordinate marketing projects related to digital and event activities, including timelines, stakeholders, deliverables, dependencies, and follow-ups.

  • Monitor website performance and traffic sources using Google Analytics and other reporting tools; analyze user behavior, identify trends and opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

  • Sales support around events: prep packs/leave-behinds, slotting meetings, onsite support for key client conversations.

  • Analyze, report & optimize prepare concise post-event and campaign reports, verify results against agreed KPIs, identify what worked and what should be improved, and feed data-based insights into upcoming campaigns.


 

What We're Looking For:

 

  • Charismatic communicator with executive presence; you can run meetings, host leaders and clients, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

  • Self-starter with an owner's mindset: you prioritize, decide, and deliver independently, escalating only when necessary.

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience supporting or coordinating digital campaigns and events end to end (tech/IT/AI or enterprise services a plus).

  • Strong operational and project coordination skills: timelines, budgets, stakeholders, deliverables, on-site execution, and follow-ups.

  • Comfortable with social media activation and short, punchy copy in English; coordination with design and video teams.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, UTMs, CRM/MA tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), and marketing reporting; ability to track website performance, analyze traffic sources, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing, website, and campaign data, verify KPIs, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations and next actions.

  • Data-aware and comfortable working with performance reports; able to draw conclusions and recommend improvements based on data.

  • Experience coordinating multiple marketing activities simultaneously and managing priorities across campaigns, events, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Fluent English (C1).

  • Ability to travel up to ~10% for events.


 

What Will Set You Apart:


  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Experience with Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.

  • Exposure to CPG, Retail, Pharma, or Manufacturing industries.
