We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Resource Management Specialist to join our growing team. This role will be coordinating the staffing between the three main functions: sales, delivery, and competency centers. Role will be the single point of contact for staffing activities, will facilitate the discussions, staffing governance routines, ensure correct systems entries, and handle escalations. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, have a proactive can-do approach, capable of data analysis, and suggest improvements to the current processes.
Tasks:

Be the single point of contact for a dedicated Competency Center and/or Account for staffing activities.

Handle the staffing process, assign talents to the specific resource requests, perform all required system entries, make sure entries are actualized and correct.

Drive regular staffing meetings to review the status of current resourcing requests, proactively check with Delivery and Competency teams for status changes and potential alternative staffing options.

Monitor envisioned staffing demand, resource utilization and availability, provide insights on future talent shortage or surplus, advise Competency on required capacity adjustments.

Ensure the quality and accuracy of data entries in the staffing systems, spot data discrepancies, analyze the root cause and perform manual corrections when needed.

Operate staffing reports and dashboards in Power BI, create and maintain Excel reports when required.
Requirements:

2+ years of relevant professional experience
