Tasks:

Leading the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable AI/ML/DS solutions.

Driving automation and optimization initiatives across infrastructure and model lifecycle management.

Architecting and provisioning cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

Managing CI/CD pipelines and release processes for AI/ML applications.

Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to best practices and knowledge sharing.

Ability to lead technical workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience (6+ years) in a similar position.
-
Advanced proficiency in Linux and Windows administration (macOS familiarity is a plus).
-
Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, security protocols, and services (HTTP, DNS, SSH).
-
Proficient in Python and scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell), experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
-
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
-
Deep understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP is a plus) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Gemma) and designing scalable inference architecture for those models.

Experience with Databricks or other distributed computing platforms (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).

Solid grasp of cryptographic principles and secure DevOps practices.
-
Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.

Good communication skills.
-
Ability to work in a team and support others.

Proactive approach with a Client – it is customer facing role.

Ability to switch between topics, possibility to work on more than 2 projects.

Taking responsibility for tasks and deliverables.

Great problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

Fluency in written and spoken English (B2 minimum).
