Tasks:  

 

  • Taking part in delivering Data Analytics solutions for our customers:

    • Designing and developing POCs and MVPs – hands-on;

    • Proposing the right technology stack for an entire solution, and creating the architecture;

    • Overseeing solutions’ development;

    • Guiding and supervising development teams;

    • Direct communication with our customers, in an international setup.

  • Designing, consulting and implementing the solutions based on Microsoft Fabric platform.

  • Microsoft Fabric certification: DP-600: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate.

  • Creating development standards and frameworks.

  • Auditing legacy systems.

  • Researching current and emerging technologies continually.

  • Participating in projects staffing and planning from the Solution Architect’s perspective.

  • Supporting pre-sales initiatives from the technology standpoint.

  • Contributing to the Microsoft community.



 

Requirements:  

 

  • At least 10 years of overall experience in IT commercial projects, including at least 4 years in the role of a Solution Architect.

  • Strong skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.

  • Very good understanding of the D&A concepts i.e. Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse, Big Data.

  • At least 6 months of commercial experience with Microsoft Fabric.

  • Hands-on experience with major D&A areas (we don’t expect you to be an expert in each category):

    • Data Engineering;

    • Data Modeling;

    • BI Reporting;

    • All cloud flavors: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS;

    • Infrastructure, operating systems, security;

    • DevOps and CI/CD.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

  • Previous experience working in customer facing roles, and in an international setup.

  • Higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

  • Good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Leadership, team player mindset.

 

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Azure Data Bricks.

  • Microsoft Fabric certification: DP-700: Fabric Data Engineer Associate.

  • Previous project and people management experience.
