We believe diversity fuels both personal and business growth. We're committed to building an inclusive community where all our people thrive regardless of their backgrounds, identities, or other personal characteristics.

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a technical background to own multiple projects in the BI / Data & Analytics / Azure space for a global FMCG client, spanning several business areas. The projects focus on the implementation of custom Data & Analytics solutions, Reporting Applications, Data Platforms, and Web Applications as part of a broader Data Lake ecosystem. Solutions are built mostly on Microsoft Azure and leverage a wide range of technologies, including Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Java, React, as well as custom-built applications for enterprise clients.

Tasks:

  • Act as a technical partner for the client, driving and moderating technical discussions, understanding architecture decisions, key design trade‑offs, and non‑functional requirements.

  • Deep collaboration with technical teams (data engineers, developers, architects), providing guidance, removing impediments, and supporting teams at a technical level when required.

  • Translate business requirements into technical scope, ensuring feasibility, alignment with architecture standards, and clear implementation plans.

  • Manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, and dependencies, with particular attention to technical risks and architectural constraints.

  • Ensure full alignment with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization phases.

  • Oversee and support solution architecture understanding, including data flows, integrations, cloud components, security, and performance considerations.

  • Drive Scrum ceremonies (or support them in hybrid models), ensuring effective backlog management, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Organize and lead client-facing meetings, presenting progress, technical decisions, risks, and next steps in a clear and structured way.

  • Ensure knowledge management, documentation, and lessons learned are captured and reused across projects.

  • Continuously raise technical and delivery standards, setting ambitious goals for both project outcomes and personal development.

What We're Looking For:

  • Technical background:

    • Technical education (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering) or

    • Previous hands‑on experience as a developer, data engineer, or technical lead.

  • Strong ability to go deep into technical details and understand design and architecture‑level discussions.

  • Solid understanding of BI, Data Lake, and Cloud concepts.

  • Good knowledge of Azure Cloud fundamentals, including:

    • Data storage and processing concepts

    • Integration patterns

    • Security and access concepts

    • Typical cloud‑based data architectures

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, dependencies between phases, and quality gates.

  • Scrum / Agile background, with practical experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.

  • Proven experience in project planning, monitoring, controlling, and reporting.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially in complex technical environments.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.

  • High level of ownership, responsibility, and customer focus.

  • Ability to perform under time pressure and delivery constraints.

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

  • Experience working in enterprise‑scale, global environments.
