Tasks:
• Own and continuously improve the AI Resource Hub (SharePoint), ensuring content is structured, current, and easy to navigate (leverage AI tools to accelerate creation).
• Create internal communication content aligned with program goals (presentations, one pagers, onboarding/training materials, e-mails, VE posts, impact stories, lightweight visuals, videos).
• Contribute to selected adoption initiatives for key AI tools.
• Partner with AI Champions to capture and scale practical AI adoption success stories across the organization.
• Document and promote relevant AI use cases for each function in collaboration with AI Champions.
• Partner with IT and AI tools teams for tool piloting, access management, and adoption activities.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT/AI tools teams to help ensure solutions are practical, user-centric, and effectively communicated.
• Contribute to other Transformation & Strategy Department initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
• Effective communication and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging communications, presentations, training materials, and success stories.
• Experience in change management, adoption, community building, or internal communications, ideally in a technology or transformation-related environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with experience managing knowledge repositories, SharePoint sites, or similar content platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, building strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn new tools quickly and leverage AI to improve productivity and content creation.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
