Tasks:

Preparing UX/UI design for assigned projects, mostly enterprise, B2B, data and analytics solution

Create storyboards, wireframes, prototypes nad high-fidelity designs to guide design and development
-
Collaborate rapidly to iterate on designs based on user feedback, tech constraints, etc. drive UX process to a broad set of stakeholders
-
Preparing style guides, design systems, or following the existing ones
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, incl. product managers, developers, and other designers to create design vision that solves problems across a broad spectrum of users/businesses.

Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to business stakeholders & developers
Requirements:
-
3+ years of experience as UX/UI Designer and using best practices to design solutions

Ability to translate concepts into user flows, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experience
-
Leverage design techniques and tools, such as rapid sketches, wireframes, and prototypes, to iterate on designs quickly
-
Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to team and client
-
Experience in designing data and analytics solutions and enterprise design
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Very good level of English (in listening, speaking, writing)

Knowing the trends in visual design and incorporating them to designs
