

Tasks:

Lead UX design for enterprise and analytics solutions, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity designs.

Design intuitive workflows for data exploration, reporting, and decision-making.

Conduct usability testing and analyze user behavior metrics to improve engagement.

Collaborate closely with data engineers, BI developers, and product teams to ensure UX aligns with technical capabilities.

Advocate for user-centered design while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
Requirements:
-
At least 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer.

Strong expertise in designing complex, data-heavy applications, including dashboards, reporting tools, and visualization platforms.

Experience working on large international projects with enterprise clients (a big plus!).

Proficiency in user research methodologies, including stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.

Experience working with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate technical requirements into user-friendly interfaces.

Advanced knowledge of Figma and other design tools.

Fluent communication in English (C1/C2 level).

Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills – we’re looking for a self-confident expert who can effectively collaborate with different stakeholders.

Experience designing for AI-powered analytics or self-service BI tools is a plus.
