As a Talent Management Specialist, you will support the full talent cycle in a dynamic IT environment. Your role will focus on supporting upskilling and reskilling initiatives, mapping competencies, and helping managers make informed decisions. You will work closely with HR, Resource Management, and technical teams to ensure our people have the right skills to grow and succeed.

 


Key Responsibilities:

 

Daily Operations:

  • Manage the Talent Management mailbox and respond to employee and manager inquiries.

  • Maintaining process of certifications, training completions, development activities and payments.

  • Acting as main Admin for LMS platform (Cornerstone).

Projects & Initiatives:

  • Lead and coordinate end-to-end projects (e.g., building technical upskilling paths, supporting L&D processes).

  • Run upskilling and reskilling programs, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and reporting.

  • Support skills taxonomy and competency framework updates (based on internal guides)

  • Work in skills mapping projects: identify required skill levels, skills gaps and maintain data accuracy.

Talent & Performance Insights:

  • Support stakeholders in recognizing potential issues by using data from internal tools and processes.

  • Cooperate with HR and Resource Management to forecast skill needs and capability gaps.

 


Requirements:

Must-Have:

  • Communicative English (written and spoken).

  • Experience in running end-to-end projects independently.

  • Professional experience in an IT company.

  • Strong background in Talent Management or Learning & Development area

  • Ability to “connect the dots”: strong analytical mindset, ability to work with different data sources and stakeholders.

  • First experience in using AI tools to optimize and make your work more efficient 

  • Experience in working with competencies, identifying skills gaps, and supporting talent-related decisions.

  • Proactive attitude and ownership mentality.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience working with Resource Management teams.

  • Familiarity with skills taxonomy, capability frameworks, or talent mapping tools (aligned with what appears in internal materials such as skill taxonomy and talent mapping documentation).
