Tasks:
  • Ensuring right capacity and competency through right staffing and training decisions – determined by demand forecast provided by Go-to-market and Account Delivery Management teams.

  • Is responsible for reaching required billability levels in line with Company Strategy.

  • Proactively supports Account teams in fulfilling customer demand.

  • Engages with Go-to-market and Account teams to understand customer requirements an expectations.

  • Manages team(s) through oversight, monitoring, providing feedback and coaching team leaders and individual team members.

  • Act as coach and mentor to CC team.

  • Advises customers with insights and solution recommendations.

  • Contributes to customer engagement success by direct involvement and oversight of technical services performed by CC members.

  • Cooperates with Site leadership (inline with Lingaro geo strategy) in ensuring talent is sourced from adequate locations.

Requirements 
  • Knowledge in Python area.

  • Experience in leading and managing technical teams, preferably in professional services companies and matrix organizational structures.

  • Great communication and collaboration skills within own team and across organization.

  • Good understanding of business value of analytical solutions to Lingaro customers, the way Lingaro operates and which factors are important for customer satisfaction.

  • English language proficiency is a must, both verbal and written.
