Lingaro Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Wiktor Fido as Executive Director of Delivery Talent & Technology Excellence. Positioning the company to continue enhancing its end-to-end data capabilities and bringing more value to its clientele, in his new role, Wiktor will spearhead initiatives that focus on two key pillars: talent management and client success.
Wiktor, who also serves as General Manager for Europe, is dedicated to creating an environment where our technology professionals can excel in the world of data, analytics, and AI. His mission is to ensure that top-tier delivery talent is not only attracted and retained but also continuously developed within Lingaro’s strong culture, which the Great Place to Work® Institute recognized eight times in 2024.
