We chatted with ALCHEMY’s Pilar Pereira, the Head of Agency, and Rémi Faillant, the Creative Director, to find out more about the exciting relaunch of our in-house creative agency.
We are delighted to introduce ALCHEMY, our refreshed in-house creative agency. It’s not just a new name — the agency also has a new logo and a new website packed with a portfolio of never-before-seen work that we’re incredibly proud to showcase. We’ve combined the best of eBusiness Institute with complementary data services from the Lingaro Group.

Q: What’s ALCHEMY all about?
Pilar: ALCHEMY is eBusiness Institute’s rebranded creative agency blending strategy, creative, commerce, and data to deliver impactful brand experiences.
The acquisition by Lingaro has provided the ideal platform from which to expand ALCHEMY’s services. We aim to provide our clients with a true end-to-end offering, supported by eBusiness Institute’s consulting and capability-building practices our clients know and love, and now includes Lingaro’s data and AI capabilities to further strengthen our offering.
Q: Why have you made the change?
Pilar: It’s in line with the current market trends for consultancy firms to have their standalone creative agencies. Plus, we wanted a new creative platform from which to showcase our never-before-seen portfolio of work, strengthening our offering as a full-service creative agency. Ultimately, it’s about driving new business opportunities as clients understand our expanded offering.
Q: What’s in it for Lingaro clients?

Q: What services are you offering?

In addition, we are always looking to stay one step ahead, and as AI is shaking up the advertising industry, we’re tapping into the data, commerce, and AI expertise of Lingaro to be able to provide thought leadership in this space and help our clients stay ahead of the game.
Q: Why the name ALCHEMY?
Rémi: The name “ALCHEMY” stems from the unique blend of work we create within the framework of the four pillars of services we provide: strategy, creative, commerce, and data. Our ALCHEMY is the creative force that happens within this space. We don’t produce art. We are in the advertising business, so we follow established frameworks to create “magic” for our clients.
This is visually represented in our key visual. Four wireframe walls, with a bright blend of creativity in the middle, a unique blend that only ALCHEMY can bring to our clients.
