“Our new Supervisory Board reflects our growing maturity as an organization and our readiness to bring additional external ideas and leadership in guiding the company. The SVB will enable us to embrace the opportunities of tomorrow and further solidify our position as an industry leader. We retain, at the same time, the agility and core values that have been the foundation of our success over the last 16 years,” said Lingaro cofounder Tomasz Rogucki.

“Our governance model is designed to foster an environment of trust and mutual respect, which is essential for the kind of innovative and responsive leadership that has always driven our success. Kent Holding brings a deep understanding of financial strategy and management, while Marek Kośnik offers insights from his extensive background in private equity, strategy consulting, and in founding and managing companies. Their collective experience will provide a fresh perspective on investment strategies and business growth, enriching our discussions and helping shape a prosperous future for Lingaro,” explained Lingaro cofounder Sebastian Stygar.

We are now building upon our strong legacy of helping our clients to design, build, and run their data and analytics capabilities to deliver against the promise of AI. There is a growing scale and complexity to our business, and I am excited about working with our new SVB to help us navigate it. The combined experience of the SVB will significantly contribute to shaping our strategic direction, ensuring we remain innovative and continue delivering exceptional value to our clients,” added Sam Mantle.
