  • Business Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes.

  • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather detailed requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with IT and development teams to design solutions that meet business needs and are feasible from the technology standpoint. Oversee the implementation process, ensuring alignment with initial requirements.

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • French (at least C1 level) - must have.

  • Problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Being an adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment and under time pressure.

  • Technical proficiency, including data analysis tools, understanding of software development processes, and knowledge of relevant technologies.

  • Specific industry knowledge will be an advantage.
