About Operations Team :


Includes the activities, processes and practices involved in managing and maintaining the operational aspects of an organization’s It infrastructure and systems. It focuses on ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of IT services, infrastructure components and supporting systems in the Data & Analytics area.



Job Requirements:

  • Well-versed in SQL

  • Open to do 24x5 support on call support

  • Willing to work either ASIA, EMEA, or NALA shift.

  • Willing to be cross-trained to all of the technologies involved in the solution.

  • Being capable of working with the support team to resolve complex issues

  • Be flexible enough to accept more menial tasks (like testing)



Must have:


  • Experience in working on SQL & Databricks

  • Hands on experience on RPA Blue Prism

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • Interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills required
