Lingaro Philippines received a Great Place to Work® certification, a renowned, independent recognition based on employee feedback about leadership, integrity, camaraderie, trust, empowerment, and other aspects of employee experience, workplace culture, and corporate excellence.
The Great Place to Work® Institute is an international research and management consultancy that have polled over 100 million employees around to world to define what makes a great workplace across business, academic, nonprofit, and government organizations. Through its certification programs, Great Place to Work® recognizes outstanding workplace cultures across different industries and companies worldwide.
Lingaro Philippines’ certification is based on the survey results in which 96% of employees considered Lingaro a great place to work, compared with only 53% of employees at a typical global company according to their 2019 global employee engagement study. The certification process, which is based entirely on employee feedback, evaluates the organization on collaboration, equity, innovation, and leadership, to name a few.
“At Lingaro, our people are what make our culture and our business great,” said Eric Magdato, Lingaro Philippines’ country head. “We continuously strive in making Lingaro Philippines a place where integrity and trust form the foundation of our relationships, where people welcome challenges, and where people are proud of what they accomplish. This certification validates our aspirations to not only be a trusted partner for our global partners and customers, but also an ally, mentor, and champion for our people’s growth.”
