The implementation of the project was aimed at enabling Stalgast clients (food chains and hotels) to place orders online. The project had to take into account the multi-level decision-making structure of the clients, i.e. orders for recommendations are completed by a specialist, the decision is made by the manager, the director negotiates the final price and is making the payment.
The functions of the platform and its ergonomics have been very well received by customers who have identified it as the best on the market.

Challenge
How to improve the process of submitting large and often repeatable orders?
In response to the needs of users, we have introduced the module to import orders from csv / xml files. This allowed to shorten the order entry time by a factor of 10. Another challenge addressed by the implementation was order processing, which exceeded the level of 200 products / order.
While maintaining the website, additional versions of the platform were built along with the function of a shared basket.
