    We created our IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program to help you plan the first steps of your exciting IT career, build meaningful connections, get inspired, and envision long-term success. The program has helped 35 mentees (and counting!) do just that. It has also been featured by Responsible Business Forum, Poland’s largest NGO focusing on corporate social responsibility, in the 2023 edition of the Responsible Business in Poland: Best Practices report.

    Join the IT Power Women Global Mentoring Program if you are…

    • Studying for a tech-related university degree or earned one less than two years ago
    • Motivated to grow a career in IT
    • Interested in self-development and working with a mentor
    • Eager to connect with, learn from, and get inspired by successful female leaders thriving in the technology sector
    • Based in Poland or the Philippines or India
    • Confident speaking English! B2-level proficiency is a must
    Program Rules

    About the Program

    What will you get?

    • Mentorship and support in finding your professional strengths
    • Help in creating your career road map and development plan
    • Inspiration and soft-skill advice from experienced female IT mentors (get all your career-related questions ready!)
    • A chance to build one of your first professional mentee-mentor relationships
    • A professional network of women leaders as well as other Program participants at the start of their careers (start making connections!)
    • A Program participation diploma

    Framework

    • 1:1 mentoring in 6 x 60-min meetings arranged virtually or in-person (depending on your and your mentor’s locations and preferences)
    • Mentees in Poland will be assigned to mentors in Poland; mentees in the Philippines will be assigned to mentors in the Philippines; mentees in India will be assigned to mentors in India
    • Two ~1.5h global circle networking meetings (online)
    • HR/recruiting consultation with an experienced HR professional

    Timeline for 3rd Edition

    February-March 2025: Mentee intake
    March-May 2025: Core activities
    June 2025: Capstone meeting
