AI Developer

Building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade ML/AI applications in cloud environment.
Generating and maintaining code according to the agreed coding standard and best practices.
Supporting the architect in determining the details of the proposed design`s implementation.
Implementation of core application features.
Practical and innovative implementations of ML/AI automation and applications, for scale and efficiency.
Gathering technical requirements & estimating planned work.
Code analysis and testing.
Communication with the client.
Creating technical documentation.
Presenting solutions, concepts, and results to internal and external clients.
Supporting and growing junior engineers.

At least 3 years of project experience programing in Python including:
· Object oriented approach,
· Complex data handling,
· API integration,
· Scalable architectures.
Experience programming in one of additional languages: Scala/Java/Rust/Go.
Experience working with SQL and RDBMS.
Good understanding of cloud concept and experience working with cloud services (preferably Azure or GCP).
Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps concepts, and experience in working with selected tools (preferably GitHub Actions, GitLab or Azure DevOps).
Practical experience with tools like Azure Data Factory, AirFlow, or Kubeflow.
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work in team and support others.
Taking responsibility for tasks and deliverables.
Great problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
Good communication skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have skills & knowledge:

Experience in applying and/or defining software engineering best practices.
Good understanding of ML/AI concepts: types of algorithms, machine learning frameworks, model efficiency metrics, model life-cycle, AI architectures.
Experience in programming ML algorithms and data processing pipelines using Python.
Practical experience with Spark/Databricks platform and programming in PySpark.
Experience in Front-end development with Flask or Streamlit.
Experience in replatforming projects in Data and Analytics domain.
