Tasks:

 

Project Management: 

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. 

  • Coordinate project activities from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution. 

  • Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently 

  • Oversee project deadlines to ensure timely delivery. 

Client Relations: 

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. 

  • Regularly communicate project progress and address client feedback. 

  • Manage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction. 

  • Building and maintaining relations with customers (mostly through close cooperation during project acquisition, 

Account Managent and Business Development 

  • Projects finance management (including invoicing / financial forecasting) 

  • Projects health checks  

  • Escalation Management and resolve conflicts and keep the team motivated toward project success. searching for new opportunities in the existing projects 

  • Support preparing offers, presales process and customer presentations preparation 

  • Nice to have: leadership or at least involvement in technical discussions with customer and project team – advising on the architecture, building scalable, maintainable, automated and enterprise ready solutions (best practices), business value, tools and techniques 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in IT/finance field. A related degree (e.g., business) may also be considered. 

  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in IT industry, including min. 4 years in project management and client-facing roles 

  • Communication: Fluency in English, excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders. 

  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure ADO, Jira, Teams, MS Project) and Office 365 

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to guide teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously. 

  • Experience in project monitoring, controlling and reporting. 

  • Presentation skills. 

  • High ambition, motivation, and self-driven and proactive approach. 

  • Agile or Project Management certification as a plus.
