Tasks:
Project Management:

Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate project activities from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution.

Monitor project budgets and allocate resources efficiently

Oversee project deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
Client Relations:

Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Regularly communicate project progress and address client feedback.

Account Managent and Business Development

Projects finance management (including invoicing / financial forecasting)

Support preparing offers, presales process and customer presentations preparation

Requirements:
-
Education: A bachelor’s degree in IT/finance field. A related degree (e.g., business) may also be considered.

Experience: At least 6 years of experience in IT industry, including min. 4 years in project management and client-facing roles
-
Communication: Fluency in English, excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure ADO, Jira, Teams, MS Project) and Office 365
-
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to guide teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Experience in project monitoring, controlling and reporting.

Presentation skills.

High ambition, motivation, and self-driven and proactive approach.

Agile or Project Management certification as a plus.
