Tasks:
  • Provide overall management of the project delivery team including resource allocation and utilization, forecasting and budget for consulting services work, while monitoring project health & performance.

  • Work to continually improve, refine, and champion project delivery methodology and procedures.

  • Ensure projects are provided according to quality standards and documented procedures to achieve successful delivery of implementation engagements.

  • Resolve project delivery issues, mitigate risks, and escalate as needed.

  • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Plan resource requirements and workload prioritization in collaboration with onshore counterparts.

  • Support pre-sales activities which includes but are not limited to participating in sales calls, addressing RFPs and preparation of proposal estimates/POC/demo.

  • Review and approve direct team's time and expense reports.

  • Managing delivery of programs and projects. 


 
Requirements: 
  • A minimum of 7+ years of total experience, with at least 4 years of experience in IT as a Project Manager or in a similar role.

  • Proven project management skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

  • A technical background, enabling a comprehensive understanding of IT project requirements and processes.

  • Strong analytical skills, allowing for effective problem-solving and decision-making in complex project environments.

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies, adapting to the needs and requirements of each project.

  • Previous experience working in a multinational environment, understanding the challenges and dynamics of cross-cultural collaboration.

  • Familiarity with remote team's work, demonstrating the ability to manage and coordinate virtual teams efficiently.

  • Excellent proficiency in English, with a minimum level of C1/C2, enabling effective communication with international colleagues and clients.
