Tasks:
- Provide expert service support as L3 specialist for the service.
- Identify, analyze, and develop solutions for complex incidents or problems raised by stakeholders and clients as needed.
- Analyze issues and develop tools and/or solutions that will help enable business continuity and mitigate business impact.
- Timely update assigned tasks, and provide responses and solutions within the agreed team's timelines.
- Problem corrective action plan proposals.
- Deploying bug-fixes in managed applications.
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing, collaboration activities, and service improvement initiatives.
- Incident or problem resolution, automation, change assessment, or implementation/deployment of change requests.
Requirements:
- Willing to work either ASIA, EMEA, or NALA shift
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skillset – ability to translate technical details to business/non-technical stakeholders
- Extensive experience in Java (Core and Enterprise), RESTful APIs, and JavaScript/Typescript
- Experience in HTML, CSS, Angular, AngularJS, ReactJS, and VueJS
- Experience in Hibernate, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Groovy, or similar
- Experience in RDMS and SQL
- Experience with code repository maintenance and DevOps concepts.
- Experience working with cloud environments
- Experience with building, testing, and deploying processes
- Willing to be cross-trained to all of the technologies involved in the solution
