The Digital Business Advisory team at Lingaro creates connected commerce experiences through Consulting, Capabilities and Creative development, helping brands to thrive in the market. We are now looking for a Senior Consultant with multinational FMCG or Healthcare Marketing experience to support our growing team.
Tasks:

Conduct business and data analysis to derive actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations for enhancing the client's business.

Lead crucial business growth and digital transformation initiatives for key strategic clients, serving as a bridge between business and technology teams. Develop transformative roadmaps, and assess and enhance client capabilities to drive impactful change.

Effectively manage client expectations across the project lifecycle, offering alternative recommendations when necessary to ensure the successful achievement of objectives.

Compose strategic documents and presentations, delivering key insights and recommendations as essential deliverables to senior executive teams of clients.

Prepare and run workshops and webinars.

Identify business development opportunities with new and existing clients.
What you need to succeed:

Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge on the FMCG industry

Robust interest and understanding of the digital ecosystem, e-commerce, data & analytics.

High level of autonomy: lead a project from A to Z with minimal guidance, proactive in looking for internal and external support when needed, be creative in finding solutions to complex problems.

Be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Strong personal leadership and sense of ownership.

Solid understanding and experience in project management.

Your experience:

Minimum of 8 years' experience in FMCG Marketing or OTC Organizations (a combination of both is a strong plus).

Additional experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and/or CRM is highly desirable.

Fluent in English

Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Willing and able to travel if required.
