Tasks:

 

  • Conduct comprehensive business and data analysis to derive actionable insights and provide strategic recommendations for enhancing the client's business.

  • Lead crucial business growth and digital transformation initiatives for key strategic clients, serving as a bridge between business and technology. Develop transformative roadmaps, assess and enhance client capabilities to drive impactful change.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of business as well as the tools and services, offering informed advice to stakeholders.

  • Innovate by creating new propositions that open avenues for business growth. Build a robust pipeline of relevant client work through extensive research on growth areas, industry trends, customer needs, potential partnerships, and innovative approaches to reaching new clients.

  • Effectively manage client expectations across the project lifecycle, offering alternative recommendations when necessary to ensure the successful achievement of objectives.

  • Compose strategic documents and presentations, delivering key insights and recommendations as essential deliverables to senior executive teams of our clients.


 

Requirements: 

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in renowned multinational companies within the FMCG and/or Health Care (OTC) sectors or consulting firms.

  • Demonstrated success in one or more of the following areas in FMCG and Health Care industries: Commercial strategy development and execution, Marketing strategy development and execution, Revenue growth management, CRM program development and execution, Business analytics & insights.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Substantial experience in project management, with a track record of managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and senior executives across various locations.

  • Proven experience and success in digital transformation projects is highly valued.

  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and relevant software.

  • Fluency in English with the confidence to lead meetings in English.
