Tasks:
- Develop a relationship with global clients by providing topnotch level 1 to 2 operational support utilizing the ITIL framework
- Facilitate root cause investigations and manage the implementation of corrective and preventative measures
- Review, execute, and verify production changes in strict accordance with procedures defined in change documents
- Act as the gatekeeper of the software systems for any new changes and functionalities to be introduced
- Own the innovative and cutting-edge systems Lingaro developed using wide-array of technologies
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing, collaboration activities, and service improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in L1-L2 Application Support
- Required skills: SQL & Python
- Nice to have: Power BI, Azure, PostgreSQL
- Must have a good understanding of SDLC and ITIL processes
- ITIL certification is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
- Able to work independently or with minimal supervision
- Willing to work EMEA/NALA shift
