  • Develop a relationship with global clients by providing topnotch level 1 to 2 operational support utilizing the ITIL framework
  • Facilitate root cause investigations and manage the implementation of corrective and preventative measures
  • Review, execute, and verify production changes in strict accordance with procedures defined in change documents
  • Act as the gatekeeper of the software systems for any new changes and functionalities to be introduced
  • Own the innovative and cutting-edge systems Lingaro developed using wide-array of technologies
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing, collaboration activities, and service improvement initiatives
  • At least 3 years of experience in L1-L2 Application Support
  • Required skills: SQL & Python
  • Nice to have: Power BI, Azure, PostgreSQL
  • Must have a good understanding of SDLC and ITIL processes
  • ITIL certification is preferred but not required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Able to work independently or with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work EMEA/NALA shift
