Support Specialist (L2) - GCP

Tasks

• Provide day-to-day L2 support for Problem, Change, and Incident Management tasks for the service in compliance with defined processes.
• Identify, handle, analyze, and resolve issues and requests raised by stakeholders 
  and clients.
• Perform systems configurations, troubleshooting systems 
  errors, monitoring, automation, and testing systems performance.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing, collaboration activities, and service improvement initiatives.
• Monitor Azure Data Factory (ADF) Pipelines.
• Check the correctness of data downloading.
• Participate in the development or deployment of new features or enhancements to production.

Requirements

•  Preferably with 3-6 years of work experience in the related field
• Must-Have: SQL and GCP
• Nice to Have: Tableau
• Good command of English – both spoken and written skills
• Willing to work on a PH or PL holiday and weekends as needed.
• ITIL foundation is an advantage.
