Tasks:
Sustainability Strategy Development:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and refine the company's sustainability areas sub-strategy.

Identify and prioritize sustainability issues relevant to the business and stakeholders.

Develop actionable plans to integrate sustainability into core business practices.
Analytics and Reporting:

Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
-
Utilize data analytics to measure and report on sustainability performance.
-
Prepare sustainability reports in accordance with international standards (e.g., GRI, SASB).
Standards Implementation and Compliance:
-
Guide the clients in understanding and implementing relevant sustainability standards and certifications.

Ensure compliance with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) regulations and best practices.

Stay abreast of emerging sustainability trends and regulatory changes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
-
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives.

Facilitate training and workshops to educate employees on sustainability practices.
-
Represent the company in sustainability forums and networks.
Project Management:

Lead and manage sustainability projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of sustainability initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate the impact of sustainability projects.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sustainability consulting or a related role.

Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and reporting (certifications will be the plus).

Understanding of corporate strategy, business operations and functions
-
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
-
Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Proven ability to manage projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Passion for sustainability and experience in driving change.
