On March 19, 2024, at Grand Hyatt Manila, Lingaro Philippines attended the Philippines Best Workplaces™ 2024 *Great is Possible event as an inductee into the most prestigious list created by Great Place to Work® (GPTW).

After Lingaro Philippines was recognized as a Great Place to Work™ for the third year in a row, the company is now listed in the Philippines Best Workplaces™ for 2024. Lingaro Philippines placed 10th in the Medium Category (i.e., companies with 100 – 999 employees) where more than 200 Great Place to Work®-certified companies in the country were assessed by GPTW.

Philippines Best Workplaces 2024

The Philippines Best Workplaces™ List ranks the companies that meet the workplace gold standard set by Great Place To Work®. Companies that become Great Place To Work-Certified™ automatically become eligible to become part of the prestigious List, then GPTW data scientists conduct a Culture Audit™ on all the candidates as part of the For All™ methodology.

Derived from the Great Place To Work For All™ model, the Audit checks if a company’s culture is one that encourages employees to actualize their potential, regardless of their current position and given responsibilities. This empowering environment drives innovation, and ultimately, business growth.

To qualify as a Best Workplace, a company’s Trust Index™ survey results must be accurate to a 95% confidence level with no more than a 5% margin so that there’s no doubt that employee survey results truly represent all employees. Candidates are plenty, but only the worthiest of firms are inducted into the List. These exceptional companies are also issued an official plaque and trademarked badge and given the right to proudly proclaim their inductee status for 12 months.

“Being recognized as one of the premier workplaces in the Philippines bolsters the confidence our clients have in us,” said Magdato. “They know that they have a strong partnership with an end-to-end data services organization like Lingaro that fiercely prioritizes its people.

“This inspires confidence,” continued Magdato, “because of a cliché-sounding truth: The success of a technology company heavily lies in its talent. Therefore, given the breakneck pace that technology is advancing, it makes perfect business sense to attract exceptional talent and actualize their full potential as individuals and as members of a larger team. Guided by Lingaro’s core values, we nurture the well-being of our staff, hone their professional skills, and foster their personal development throughout their tenure.”

“This recognition highlights that the company values its employees and strongly emphasizes creating a positive work environment,” claimed Yu. “We believe in empowering our employees to be their best selves, which is why we invest in them through various initiatives throughout the year. Some of these include joining different partner organizations, enhancing our employee benefits program, and organizing other integration activities to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion. We strive to create a work environment where our employees can flourish and contribute to something greater than themselves. Together, we can enhance the IT capabilities of our country and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our greatest asset, our people,” added Yu.
