

Tasks:

Business understanding, data understanding/preparation, modeling, evaluation and deployment of solutions – following CRISP-DM methodologies.

Responsibility for delivering E2E forecasting projects, from POCs to scaling up existing solutions.

Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plan, data processing, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, transforming findings into tasks.
-
Proactive approach for areas where improvement is needed, like suggestions of improving existing pipelines (tests, support, and improvements) or model quality.

Creation and following of standards to improve competency quality.
Requirements:
-
At least 4+ years of professional experience.
-
Strong Python coding skills (including Object oriented programming concepts), including using ML libraries and basic working knowledge of SQL.

Commercial experience proven by successful projects in the area of forecasting.

Experience in feature engineering techniques and/or usage of external data sources helpful in forecasting problems.
-
Experience working in cloud technologies (MS Azure especially).
-
Familiarity with theory behind various machine learning concepts.

Commercial experience with various Machine Learning (ML) models (e.g. decision trees, ensemble based tree models, linear regression, etc.).
-
Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plan, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing and model deployment.

Experience in CRISP-DM projects delivery and with Agile project (like Scrum, Kanban).

Experience in working with client-facing role.

Able to apply independent research, gather information, and give recommendation how to solve problems of diverse scope.

English at least B2.
