We are looking for an individual with experience in L&D area, particularly in the IT industry, with knowledge in career advisory and willing to conduct 1:1 sessions.
Tasks:

Co-creation and implementation of projects from a wide range of development, in accordance with the established strategy and objectives (eg. technical upskilling & reskilling, skills mapping).

Cooperation with processes like: performance evaluation and goals setting, development planning, succession planning.

Active participation in the creation of roadmaps for the team in the organization.

Training needs analysis, especially aligned with technical roles.
-
Learning demand gathering, training sessions planning, organization and execution.
-
Administration of systems supporting processes in L&D - learning & careers platform.
-
Preparation of presentations, statistics and reports.
-
Effective communication planning.
-
Taking part in activities in terms of sense of belonging, engagement area.
-
Cooperation with internal & external training service providers.
-
Business needs listening and ability to put it into practice.

Act as a partner and support for internal clients.
Requirements:

Fluency in English - written & spoken.
-
At least 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in talent management environment. Preferred: Learning & Development - Human Resources.

Experience in leading processes as: performance evaluation & goals setting,
development planning, succession planning and communicating it across organization.

Experience in working with HR systems eg. SAP SuccessFactors or Cornerstone etc.

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

Excellent communication skills and understanding when to keep the confidentiality.

Readiness to conduct career advisory 1:1 sessions.

Creative thinker who continuously seeks process improvement opportunities.

Details-oriented with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge about Learning & Development area, especially in IT - trends & tools.

Independence and proactiveness, taking up challenges and considering lessons learned.

Ability to deliver tasks with a strong sense of ownership.

MS Office knowledge, especially Power Point & Excel (as a data analysis tool).
