Tasks:

Preparation and maintain unique data analytics offerings and being part of various initiatives to expand Lingaro's business with current and new clients.

Actively support the sales team and contribute to the pre-sales process as a supply chain expert.

Support business development by sharing SC domain expertise and taking part in buidling offerings for the clients.

Understanding clients’ processes and needs and proactively advising and proposing solutions based on the facts and available data.

Business process mapping to identify gaps and inefficiencies in physical, information, and financial flows in the supply chain area.

Analyzing client’s data, applying analytical and statistical tools and methods to complement business process analysis, and proposing data and facts-driven improvement.

Aligning business and technical requirements and translating clients’ needs to Lingaro’s technical teams.
Requirements:
-
Domain knowledge of Supply Chain management and quantitative analysis (e.g. inventory optimization, supply chain network design, logistics operations, manufacturing, demand planning, forecasting, etc.).

Understanding of the supply chain processes, mainly for CPG (FMCG) companies, gained during the projects or/and work indirectly in the business. Working for consulting companies is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in working with numbers and data. Practical experience in data-driven optimization, simulation, and modeling related to supply chain.

General understating and knowledge of digital technology like ERP, WMS, TMS, APS, and other supply chain-supporting technology.

Experience in consulting and supply chain digital transformation projects is a plus.

Hands-on experience in data analysis using Python, R, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, together with the ability to rapidly learn new things.
