  • Monitoring of ADF (Azure Data Factory) Pipelines.  

  • Incident Management - Troubleshooting user-raised issues as consulted or escalated.

  • Request Management.

  • Problem Management.

  • Change Management.

  • May be assigned tasks to participate in some or a few development or deployment of new features or enhancements to production.

  • Needs concentration on back-end technologies since tasks may be heavy on monitoring activities.

  • Good command of English – both spoken and written skills on at least B2 level.

  • 24/7 support.

Must Have:  

  • Oracle SQL - If no experience yet, MS SQL will do

  • Azure Data Factory

Nice to Have:

  • PBI

  • Linux

  • Shift Needed (PH Time): EMEA Shift (either 2PM to 11PM or 3PM to 12AM)

  • Willing to work on a PH holiday and on a weekend as needed.
